Clubhouse Rentals

In order to rent the clubhouse, please review and complete the respective agreement and return it to vnavarrete@mascapi.com.

Swimming Pool, Tennis, Pickleball, Basketball

In order to use the swimming pool, tennis court, pickleball court and basketball court, all owners shall register by completing the amended Release, Indemnification and Liability Waiver Agreement form. Owners must be in good standing with The Reflections (Houston) Homeowners Association, Inc. in order to received access. The new form and all amenity rules are included on this page. 

As of February 9, 2026 a new release form was implemented, eliminating the requirement for CPR certification. If you have not registered in 2026, you will need to complete the amended agreement in order to gain access. 

Make sure to complete the agreement and return it by email to vnavarrete@mascapi.com, or by TownSq General Request at www.reflections.townsq.io. You may also register in person, at MASC Austin Properties, Inc. located at 945 Eldridge Rd. Sugar Land, TX 77478.
